It appears Quinn, played by Jeff Fahey, will deem an important character in future episodes of ‘The Cleaner’ due to his good and bad ( savior and devil ) relationship with William Banks played by Benjamin Bratt. The good, during the Chaos Theory (Episode 4), William tells his wife Melissa, Quinn was the main individual who helped himself stop his
heroin addiction and turn his life around. The bad, William met Quinn in prison. Quinn causes William’s son and wife to distrust and fight with him due to Quinn leaving a heroin needle at William Banks house after a party in their home. Initially, William’s son found the needle and used his teen angst to smoke some cigarettes. Melissa and SON confront Banks about the needle and eventually find out the needle user was Quinn. Quinn is apparently still using drugs and can pose as a bad influence or vibe to William. Towards the end of the Chaos Theory, William decides to never allow Quinn to come near his house, but agrees to help his old prison buddy recover from his drug addiction.

Just wanted you to know that I am honored to watch the show based on your life. In the show you have a relationship with God that is just like mine. I talk to God all the time. I get angry with him and say my peace but in the end I am sorrowful for the way I speak and think of God because I know he is always right in everything he does. I hope your show does alot of good it has me watching……..

I was wondering if there is a William Banks in Canada. I need help for my husband. He has an addiction to pain killers and sleeping pills. Sometimes I don’t know what he takes. It has drained me and my family. Some of the people my husband knows have died from overdose. It scares him at first then he is right back at it again. He has been to the hospital numerous times. The staff there just treat him as another junkie but to me he is my husband. I’ve asked him to seek help but he says he will clean himself up. That is not working. Please help me. My life seems to be revolved around him any more. Please help.
